Schoolies
Travel was born out of a desire to provide a complete travel
service to schools and universities and the students who pass
thru them.
We
are a Brisbane based travel company with offices in Paddington
and Ashgrove.
We
are fully licensed in Queensland (TAG 1671), have been in
business for over 10 years and are a member of the Travel
Compensation Fund – visit www.tcf.org.au
for more information. All of our staff have a minimum of 5
years experience with most more than 10 years. We all travel
regularly and are passionate about travel as a way of life!
Our aim is to provide unique experiences for schoolies travellers
who are often first time travellers with a focus on safety
while having fun and delivering value for money. No matter
what the destination we’ve got a holiday travel package
for you.

our professionalism and expertise we can take the stress out

runs smoothly both before you leave and whilst you’re
away and our prices are very competitive too. No booking is

 Michelle
and Paul Wilcox are the owners of Schoolies
Travel. Michelle is originally from South Africa
and has been in travel industry for over twenty years. She
started her career in travel at South African Airways, worked
for Thompsons Tours (the largest ground operator in South
Africa) and worked for FlightCentre in both South Africa and
Australia for 8 years. She was consistently in the top ten
globally for FlightCentre and in 2003-04 she was Global Number
One Travel Manager.
In 2006 she was the winner of the NTIA (National Travel Industry
Association) National Travel Consultant of the year. She has
an enviable record of setting up successful travel businesses
for larger companies. Now she has decided to take that expertise
to “do it for herself”. She also set up Infinity
Holidays for FlightCentre in South Africa as well as numerous
other travel businesses. Michelle is an experienced and professional
operator.
Paul has also been in travel industry for over 20 years and
is a respected and well known figure in the Australian Wholesale
Travel scene with a long association with Sunlover Holidays,
FlightCentre (Infinity Holidays) and the AOT Group who are
some of the biggest travel companies in Australia. Paul has
been General Manager of Sunlover Holidays, he set up Infinity
Holidays – Australian Sales Program for FlightCentre
in Australia and he has undertaken several business turnarounds.
Paul also has an enormous amount of experience and is keen
to get out there and do it for himself.
